Digital Media Strategist

Full-Time, Based in Oklahoma City or remote
Wedlink Media is looking for a digital media strategist to manage and publish content for Brides of Austin to multiple channels with an emphasis on Instagram. The digital media strategist will also be responsible for managing social media accounts for various clients of Brandlink Media—our digital agency counterpart. The position will work directly with the social team and project managers to develop social media strategies, write and concept compelling social posts, stories and campaigns, post to social media channels multiple times daily, maintain scheduling platforms, engage with social audiences to foster an online community, and track data as needed. The position will also work on Brandlink Media client initiatives such as Google Business Profile optimizations, email marketing campaigns, website copywriting and more. Ideal candidates for this position are hardworking, tech savvy individuals, who are intimately familiar with all visually-driven social media platforms, stay on top of the latest social trends and developments, have excellent creative writing and editing skills, detail oriented and love spreadsheets. Ideal candidates also have experience with setup of email marketing automations and comprehensive knowledge of Meta (Facebook) Business Manager including setup of digital ad campaigns. Ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in social media management of multiple accounts with demonstrated expertise in content and strategy development. Must be comfortable speaking on camera. Experience with creating and editing video for IGTV, YouTube or TikTok is a plus!

• Write and create innovative and engaging posts for social channels
• Scheduling and posting of content for select Brandlink Media clients, Brides of Austin’s
Instagram and various social media channels
• Develop content strategies for Brand and vendor promotion
• Engage with audience on social media channels
• Track and report social media analytics
• Manage scheduling platforms
• Grow brand following and engagement rates
• Stay on top of the newest social media trends and platform updates
• Write SEO rich copy for various client websites and Brides brands
• Setup email campaigns for various Brandlink Media clients
• Setup and manage Facebook & social media ads for Brides and Brandlink Media clients

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing social media platforms professionally
• Intimately familiar with all social media platforms
• Excellent creative writing and editing skills
• Strong organization skills and proven tracking methods
• Basic knowledge of Canva or InDesign/Photoshop
